Agwa De Bolivia, often simply called Agwa, is a unique herbal liqueur made from Bolivian coca leaves and a blend of 37 natural herbs and botanicals. Other ingredients include green tea, ginseng and guarana.
For the production of Agwa, the coca leaves are transported from Bolivia to Holland under strict safety supervision. There, the cocaine content is extracted from the leaves before they are used to produce the liqueur. This process not only guarantees compliance with international legal standards, but also the purity and quality of the end product.
A special variant of this liqueur is the “Agwa Diablo”, which is additionally enriched with blood oranges and red Thai Ingwerer, giving it a distinctive flavour. The inspiration for the name Agwa Diablo comes from Bolivia’s most famous dance festival, the Dance de Diablos. This lively and colourful festival is reflected in the vibrant and colourful characteristics of this exceptional liqueur.

The liqueur tastes particularly delicious as a spritz with Prosecco and soda, garnished with a slice of orange. It can also be enjoyed with tonic water on ice.
