The tequila brand “818 Tequila” was created by US-American Kendall Jenner, who is known as the world’s highest-paid model and a prominent member of the Kardashian clan. The brand’s tequilas are distilled at the renowned La Cofradia distillery, which is recognised for its traditional craftsmanship and high quality tequila production. The name “818” comes from the postcode of Calabasas, California, where Kendall Jenner lives.
All of the brand’s tequilas are handcrafted, with the agaves carefully selected from the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco and processed using elaborate methods. The 818 Tequila Reposado, made from 100% blue Weber agave, is matured in oak barrels for between two months and a year. It is then bottled with an alcohol content of 80 proof, which gives it a harmonious balance between freshness and maturity.
