The whisky was allowed to mature for at least 21 years in American and European oak casks before being finished in carefully selected rum casks from the Caribbean. There it is given up to four months to refine its flavor. An elaborate process that pays off. Because you can expect an exquisite Speyside whisky with an exceptional taste profile.

Back to the production: the special feature of the finish is due to the fact that the whisky producer decided to take an exciting and complex step. To enhance the quality of this Scotch whisky and give it a Caribbean touch, an in-house Gran Reserva rum is distilled. This refines the casks and gives the single malt its incomparable taste – spicy and versatile.

The design is inspired by the Chinese horoscope, in which 2024 is the year of the dragon. To illustrate the symbiosis with Glenfiddich, the stag for which the brand is known has been transformed into the shape of a majestic wooden dragon. A fantastic representation that embodies energy, strength and a great future.
