Tasting NoteA classic, structured, full-bodied and above all fruity champagne.
Golden yellow in the glass. Fruit dominates the nose, followed by pears and apples. Notes of citrus fruits, star fruit, fresh grapes and aniseed emerge. The palate is characterised by juicy, fleshy pears with grapes. Also a fruity finish with a harmonious balance.
Grape varieties: 50-55% Pinot Meunier, 30-35% Meunier, 15-20% Chardonnay, 10-20% reserve wines.
Residual sugar: 10 g/litre.
Closure: Natural cork.
Serving temperature: 5-7 °C.
This champagne is an excellent accompaniment to fruity desserts and is often drunk as an aperitif.
