It begins with 100% Blue Weber Agave, picked at the peak of ripeness & steamed for 36 hrs, yielding the richest, most flavorful nectar. This liquid is double-distilled in copper-pot stills. After ageing in American Oak barrels for 40 months, the very best tequila of the batch is separated and further matured in French Oak cognac barrels for 4 months, which imparts a unique character.
