It is matured using the Solera System – a traditional, dynamic ageing process that blends rums of different ages, which are then stored in specially selected barrels to give each a unique flavour profile. This rum is aged in barrels that have previously held bourbon, sherry, Pedro Ximénez wine and Cognac. The resulting spirit is a perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spice and fruit.
