Tiroler Kräuterdestillerie Baumann has been producing authentic Tyrolean spirit specialities with great care and dedication for over 100 years. Old farming traditions and nature always take centre stage. Only the purest Tyrolean mountain spring water, sun-ripened fruit, hand-picked plants and herbs harvested at the ideal time and other secret ingredients are used. Herbs, Werder, seeds and berries of excellent, fresh quality are supplied by Tyrolean mountain farmers and form the basis of the fine distillates.
Glacier ice is the epitome of a fire liqueur and is one of the classics of the traditional Baumann distillery. Made from extracts of high mountain herbs and bitter oranges, this classic spirit has a wonderfully invigorating flavour that stimulates the senses.
