Jean-Robert Bellanger, founder of the Adriatico brand, has redefined Amaretto with an innovative recipe. Adriatico Amarettos are made exclusively from Filippo Cea almonds, an aromatic variety from the Italian region of Apulia. These almonds are carefully roasted, macerated and distilled. Compared to traditional amarettos, Adriatico contains less cane sugar and is enriched with a pinch of Margherita di Savoia salt, creating a subtle link to the Adriatic Sea.

Adriatico Bianco Crushed Almonds Amaretto is made from peeled almonds, which are processed into an intense white almond powder. This powder forms the basis for the distillation of this unique amaretto. The liqueur is also vegan and lactose-free, making it an excellent choice for connoisseurs with special dietary requirements.
