Description
The Kota Pandan Liqueur 18% vol. 0.7 l is an innovative premium liqueur that focuses on the Southeast Asian plant pandan – often referred to as the “vanilla of the East” in Asia. It is produced in Dijon, France, by the renowned liqueur manufacturer Gabriel Boudier, in close collaboration with the well-known bartender Nico de Soto. The aim of this creation is to make the exotic flavour of pandan leaves accessible in a modern, high-quality liqueur.
It is produced by soaking fresh pandan leaves in neutral grain alcohol for several days. This captures the typical flavours: a fascinating blend of vanilla, almond, butter biscuit and fine grassiness. With an alcohol content of 18% by volume, the Kota Pandan Liqueur is pleasantly mild, yet very rich in flavour. Its complexity makes it an exceptional ingredient in modern mixology and a popular highlight in bars all over the world.
Kota Pandan Liqueur stands for authenticity, exoticism and creativity – a liqueur that bridges the gap between Southeast Asian tradition and modern cocktail culture.
Tasting NoteColour: Clear to slightly greenish.
Nose: Intensely aromatic, with notes of vanilla, almonds and fresh herbs.
Flavour: Soft and sweetish, with vanilla, biscuit butter, almonds and a slightly grassy freshness.

Kota Pandan Liqueur is ideal for pure enjoyment on ice, but shows its true strength in cocktails. Modern drinks such as a Pandan Daiquiri or a Kota Old Fashioned are popular, where it adds an exotic flair to classic recipes. It also provides surprising flavours in a gin and tonic, highball or tropical sour. In culinary terms, it goes perfectly with coconut desserts, rice pudding, fruit salads or chocolate desserts, where its vanilla-almond notes harmonise elegantly.
