Canaïma gin is a tribute to the Amazon rainforest. The rainforest is located in South America, mostly in Brazil, and covers an area of 6,700,000 km2. This primeval forest is home to numerous animal and plant species.
With this gin, you are doing something good and also gaining an insight into the flavours of the Amazon. After the separate distillation of the botanicals in copper pot stills, the master distiller carries out the blending.
Botanicals from the Amazon: Merey, Acai, Moriche, Tupiro, Seje, Copoazu
Traditional botanicals: juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander, angelica root, caraway
10% of the profits from Canaima Gin go to nature conservation and the protection of indigenous peoples in the Amazon.
