The gin is based on traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemongrass and cardamom, which form the basis for its unique flavour. After careful distillation, the distillate is macerated with sloe berries for 6-8 weeks to extract the characteristic dark forest fruit flavours. This maceration gives the Sloe Gin a deep fruitiness that is both fresh and rich, making it an excellent choice for special moments.
