Description

MA e CO’ stands for MAre e Collina, which means “sea and hills”. This is the name of a premium dry gin that is produced at the Sibona distillery and refined using botanicals from the Piedmont and Liguria regions of Italy.

Distillation is carried out using mineral water called EVA, which comes from the highest spring in Europe, located at an altitude of 2,042 metres. This water is used for distillation to ensure the quality of the gin.

The bottle of Sibona gin is made from recycled glass, also known as “wild glass”. This helps to reduce CO2 emissions and avoids wasting raw materials.

Nose: Lavender, notes of citrus fruits, sage, thyme, basil, rose.

Flavour: Rich, citrus and floral notes.
