This fine premium tequila is made from the sun-drenched Blue Weber agave and combines the characteristic, lemony-fresh flavour of the Jalisco region of Mexico with gentle ageing in oak barrels. This barrel ageing gives it its golden colour and a smooth, slightly sweet note that sets it apart from conventional blanco tequilas.

This original tequila is based on the first recipe for Salitos Tequila Beer and is produced with the utmost care. The Weber agaves used are matured for eight years before being gently roasted in stone ovens and then distilled. This traditional process ensures a particularly fine balance between agave sweetness, vanilla, caramel and subtle oak notes. With an alcohol content of 38% by volume, this Tequila Gold offers a smooth, full-bodied flavour experience that is equally impressive on its own or in cocktails.
