San Cosme Mezcal Joven is an exquisite spirit that embodies the tradition and flavour of Mexican mezcal in its purest form. This mezcal comes from the heart of Oaxaca, the cradle of mezcal, where centuries-old techniques and a deep cultural heritage have characterised the production of this exceptional spirit.

This tequila is made from 100% agave espadín, one of the most prized agave varieties for mezcal production. The agave hearts are roasted in earth pits, which gives the mezcal its characteristic smoky flavour. The baked agaves are then crushed and fermented in open wooden vats before being distilled in copper stills. The result is a mezcal of remarkable quality and purity.
