The production of Le Tribute Mezcal Durango is carried out entirely by hand. A distinctive feature lies in the processing of the agaves: the agave leaves are cut to around 1.5 cm instead of the usual 5 cm, which reduces bitterness and results in a particularly well-balanced final product. The result is an elegant, handcrafted mezcal that combines the characteristic smoky aromas of traditional production with fruity agave notes and a floral lightness.
