Description

The Cava de Oro brand stands for high-quality 100% agave tequila, which comes from the Tequilera Puerta de Hierro. This distillery, which is located in El Arenal Jalisco, Mexico, produces handmade tequilas. The blue agaves are carefully harvested to ensure the best quality. Four varieties are then distilled: Plata, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo. The Cava de Oro Añejo tequila, which is matured for two years, is very popular.

It matures in the barrel for longer than the minimum time of one year required to be labelled Añejo. The activated charcoal filtering makes the tequila crystal clear without losing any of its flavour. The result is a crystal-clear 100% agave tequila with the complexity of an añejo tequila.
