The G. Rozelieures LE PARCELLAIRE Silty Clay Single Malt Whisky is part of the new limited edition series “Le Parcellaire” from the renowned French distillery Rozelieures. This exclusive bottling emphasises the close connection between soil, grain and distillation and brings the unique terroir of Lorraine directly into the glass. Winter barley from the commune of Rozelieures is grown for this special whisky, giving it a characteristic depth and minerality.
It is matured in ex-cognac and ex-bourbon barrels, giving the whisky a fascinating balance of fruitiness, spice and subtle sweetness. It is bottled at 43% vol. in 0.7-litre bottles and comes in a stylish gift box that underlines its exclusivity. Without chill-filtration, this single malt retains its natural purity and ensures an authentic flavour experience.

Tasting Note
Colour: Golden yellow.
Nose: Floral and fruity notes, accompanied by honey, dried apricots, spices, vanilla and a fine oak spice.
Taste: Soft and elegant, with aromas of caramelised nuts, fresh fruit, honey, caramel and a hint of cognac spice.
Finish: Medium length, with sweet, slightly mineral notes, gentle oak and a fine almond flavour.
