Description
The Torabhaig Allt Gleann The Legacy Series Single Malt 46% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is an outstanding single malt whisky from the Torabhaig Distillery, which is based on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. As part of the Legacy Series, this whisky is not only a delight, but also a tribute to the traditions of the distillery, which began operations in 2017 and quickly established itself as one of the most promising new distilleries in the Islay region.
The Torabhaig Allt Gleann is an Isle of Skye single malt bottled at 46% vol. and offers a complex balance between smoke and sweetness. The name “Allt Gleann” refers to the river that runs through the valley where the Torabhaig Distillery is located. This whisky is produced using a combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern distillation techniques, giving it a clear identity and remarkable depth.
Maturation in ex-bourbon casks provides a light oak spiciness that harmonises beautifully with the natural fruity and smoky notes. The result is a whisky that is characterised by a pleasant complexity and a fine, smoky peat note that is typical of the region.
Limited to 2000 bottles in Austria.

Tasting NoteColour: Light gold with a hint of amber.
