The GlenAllachie 15 Years Old is an outstanding Speyside single malt whisky that bears the signature of master blender Billy Walker. At 46% vol., non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring, this whisky offers an intense and multi-layered taste experience.
The GlenAllachie Distillery, founded in 1967, has built up an excellent reputation under the leadership of Billy Walker. Particularly renowned for its cask maturation, GlenAllachie relies on high-quality sherry cask ageing, which gives this whisky its deep, fruity and spicy characteristics.
The 15-year-old GlenAllachie is characterised by careful maturation: Firstly, the whisky spends over 13 years in first-fill bourbon casks, followed by a 20-month finish in selected Pedro Ximénez (PX) and Oloroso sherry casks. This combination gives the whisky its deep, fruity and spicy character.

Nose: Intense aromas of dark fruits, sultanas, cherries and dates, accompanied by fine chocolate, honey and oak.
Flavour: Full-bodied and complex with notes of dark chocolate, dried berries, bananas, oranges, toffee and spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon.
Finish: Langs and velvety with lingering nuances of sherry, nuts and fine oak notes.
The GlenAllachie 15 Years Old unfolds its full flavour best neat or with a splash of water. Its rich sherry and fruity notes harmonise perfectly with dark chocolate, roasted nuts or mature cheese. It also offers a luxurious flavour experience as an accompaniment to a strong espresso or a fine cigar.
