The entire range of The Irishman brand is produced at the Walsh Whiskey Distillery, which was founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. Drawing on time-honoured Irish whiskey recipes, this family business aims to revive the traditional recognition of Irish whiskeys around the world. Each bottle of The Irishman brand is numbered, bears the year of bottling and is signed by Bernard Werder, emphasising the craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
This Irishman single malt whiskey is triple distilled to give it its special purity. It is then matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks for more than 10 years, creating a complex and balanced flavour that will delight whiskey lovers.
