The Dalmore 12 Years Old is a traditional Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40 per cent in a 0.7-litre bottle, complete with a gift box. It is produced by The Dalmore Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, whose history dates back to 1839. Careful cask selection plays a crucial role in the production of this 12-year-old single malt. The whisky is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak. Subsequently, part of the distillate is further matured in selected Oloroso sherry casks before the various components are blended together again.
