The varied weather elicits both characteristic aromas and delicious flavours from the distillate.
Every single ingredient comes from the local area and is sourced no more than an hour’s drive away.
The Left Field bottling is 100% matured in French oak red wine casks from the Barossa Valley and Yarra Valley regions of Australia.
These wine barrels previously contained Shiraz, Cabernet and Pinot Noir.
