Description
Redemption Bourbon is a bourbon that is crafted with great care to bring out the traditional flavours of bourbon to perfection. It is a reflection of the “Native American spirit” and embodies the essence of the American whiskey tradition.
This bourbon is matured for an average of 2.5 years in new oak barrels, which are charred from the inside beforehand. The choice of new barrels and charring gives the bourbon a harmonious balance between wood notes and the natural flavours of the grain.
The mash bill of the Redemption Whiskey consists of 75% corn, which gives the whiskey a mild base. It also contains 21% rye and 4% barley malt to give the bourbon a certain depth.
