The Pogues Single Malt Irish Whiskey 40% Vol. 0.7 litre is a special bottling that was created in close collaboration with the legendary Irish band The Pogues. As “The Official Irish Whiskey of the Legendary Band”, it embodies the rebellious, authentic and at the same time traditional spirit of Ireland. It is produced by West Cork Distillers, one of Ireland’s largest independent distilleries, which is known for its handcrafted whiskeys.
This single malt Irish whiskey is distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in carefully selected oak casks, which give it depth and balance. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., it is accessible yet full of character and has a typically Irish profile – mild, fruity and gently spicy. Bottled in a 0.7 litre bottle, it presents itself as a stylish tribute to the band and at the same time as an authentic representative of Irish whiskey culture.

Nose: Fine aromas of honey, roasted malt, vanilla and ripe apples, accompanied by a hint of caramel and almonds.
Flavour: Soft and balanced with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, roasted grain and a subtle spiciness from the barrel maturation.
Finish: Long-lasting, warm and smooth with a pleasant blend of sweet and spicy nuances.
The Pogues Single Malt Irish Whiskey is ideal for drinking neat or on ice to enjoy its smooth flavours. It harmonises perfectly with dark chocolate, roasted nuts or a mild cheese.
