The Teeling Distillery, an Irish whisky distillery steeped in tradition, was originally founded in Dublin in 1782. After extensive renovations in 2015, the distillery reopened its doors just a few metres from its original location. In recent years, the Teeling Distillery has become a popular destination for tourists, who can gain fascinating insights into the complex process of whiskey production.
Teeling’s AMBER ALE Small Batch Collaboration Irish Whiskey is part of Teeling’s renowned Collaboration Series. This whiskey is initially matured for up to five years in bourbon casks before receiving an additional 15-month finish in amber ale beer casks sourced from the Dot Brew brewery in Dublin. This special maturation gives the whiskey a unique depth and a subtle, beer-like flavour that sets it apart from other bottlings.
