Scapegrace is a premium brand that originated in New Zealand. It was founded by two friends, Mark Neal and Daniel McLaughlin, who shared a passion for gin, whisky and vodka and wanted to create unique and exceptional spirits. The word “Scapegrace” refers to a mischievous or reckless person and reflects the adventurous and rebellious character of the brand.
Scapegrace VANGUARD Small Batch Single Malt Whisky is a standout in the new Core Range and embodies the unadulterated essence of the New Zealand terroir. Matured in Virgin French Oak, it develops a multi-layered flavour structure with clean, dry tannins and a subtle, earthy depth. The whisky gets its special flavour from the use of New Zealand manuka-smoked malt. Bottled in its natural colour and without chill-filtration, the Scapegrace VANGUARD retains its purity.
