Description
The Glengoyne distillery is located in the southern Highlands of Scotland near a small river that flows into the famous Loch Lomond. Since 1833, the distillery, which is one of the few still producing whisky in this part of Scotland today, has been producing the outstanding Glegoyne whisky. Initially, this whisky distillery was known as Brunfoot Distellery, but it was not until 1907 that it was given the name it still bears today.
Glengoyne’s Legacy Series is a tribute to the history of the distillery. Each chapter honours various important people.
Chapter Three of Glengoyne The Legacy Series was produced in honour of Sir Arthur John Tedder.
The maturation takes place in hand-picked sherry casks.

Nose: Sweet, sherry aromas, notes of cinnamon sticks, vanilla, berry jam, apples.
Flavour: Noble, rich, juicy sultanas, bread, sherry notes.
