The Cardhu AMBER ROCK is first matured in traditional oak casks and then receives an additional finish in specially selected casks that were previously used for the maturation of Amontillado sherry. The Amber Rock Edition is characterised by a unique balance of sweetness and spice and is soft and well-structured at the same time.
