It is produced by the Glendalough Distillery, named after the famous Valley of the Two Lakes in the Wicklow Mountains, south of Dublin. As is typical of a single pot still whisky, this whisky is made from a combination of malted and unmalted barley and triple-distilled in traditional copper stills.
