With a phenol content of 129.7 ppm, Octomore is one of the most peaty whiskies and offers a unique flavour experience. It is matured 100% on the island of Islay, which gives it the unmistakable, smoky flavour that is typical of whiskies from this region. Only Scottish Concerto barley is used for the production, which emphasises the quality and authenticity of this whisky.

The Octomore Edition: 12.2 is bottled without chill-filtration and without the addition of colouring agents, which preserves the natural character of the whisky.
