The M&H Classic Single Malt Whisky is a fascinating bottling from the Milk & Honey Distillery (M&H), Israel’s first and leading whisky distillery. This whisky embodies the modern interpretation of traditional whisky production and combines precision craftsmanship with the special climatic conditions of the Middle East.
Thanks to the hot and dry climate in Israel, the whisky matures much faster than in cooler regions, allowing it to develop exceptional depth and complexity at a young age. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and STR casks (Shaved, Toasted & Re-charred red wine casks), the M&H Classic offers a perfect balance of sweet, fruity and spicy flavours.
Bottled at 46% vol., this single malt presents itself in full intensity, not chill-filtered and without artificial colouring – an authentic whisky with character.

Tasting NoteColour: Golden yellow with warm amber reflections.
Nose: Fresh vanilla, honey, ripe apples, oak and a hint of citrus.
Flavour: Soft and harmonious, with notes of toffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit and light spice. The STR barrels give it a fine tannin structure with a hint of red wine.
Finish: Medium length, slightly dry with a pleasant sweetness, oak notes and a spicy finish.
The M&H Classic Single Malt unfolds its full flavour neat or with a few drops of water. Its harmonious balance makes it the perfect companion for dark chocolate, roasted nuts or creamy desserts. Its complexity also comes into its own in combination with mature cheese or spicy dishes such as BBQ or oriental-flavoured meat.
