Dunville’s 12 Years Old PX Cask Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a multi-award-winning bottling from the Echlinville Distillery in Northern Ireland, which has breathed new life into the traditional Dunville’s brand. This special edition matured for at least twelve years in ex-bourbon casks before being given an intensive finish in fine Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This cask finish creates a whisky with remarkable depth, fruity sweetness and spicy complexity – without any added colouring or chill filtration.
Bottled at 46% vol. at natural strength, the whiskey impresses with its balance between classic Irish smoothness and the aromatic strength of the sherry influence.
