Produced by the Westward Whiskey Distillery, this bottling is based on malted barley and slow distillation, which gives the distillate depth and structure. After maturing in new American oak barrels, this single malt whiskey from the USA is given an additional finish in selected stout beer casks, which were previously filled with strong craft beer. This stout cask finish gives the whiskey a distinctive character and clearly sets it apart from classic American whiskey styles.
