PUNI GOLD is an elegant Italian malt whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks from the PUNI Distillery, Italy’s first and only whisky distillery. Founded in Glurns, South Tyrol, PUNI combines Alpine purity with Scottish distilling tradition and Italian finesse. The modern distillery has quickly made a name for itself internationally and stands for authentic whisky with a special signature and high-quality grain from the Puster Valley.
The GOLD is one of the central bottlings in the core range and is matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks, which gives it a classic structure, pleasant sweetness and a clear oak profile. A typical PUNI grain blend of barley, wheat and rye is used, which gives the whisky a creamy mouthfeel and a soft, harmonious texture. It is bottled at 43% vol., not chill-filtered and without colouring – for an unadulterated enjoyment experience.

Nose: Soft and inviting with aromas of vanilla, honey, light-coloured fruit, caramel and a hint of cereal.
Flavour: Round and balanced with notes of malt, vanilla, creamy toffee, citrus freshness and subtle oak spice.
Finish: Medium-long, mild and pleasantly sweet with a hint of wood and spices.
