The Glenturret Triple Wood Release 2025 45% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is a finely balanced composition of three different types of cask that reflects the classic character of Scotland’s oldest active distillery in a particularly elegant form. Since 1763, The Glenturret Distillery has stood for perfect craftsmanship, slow distillation and traditional whisky production in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. The Triple Wood Release 2025 combines all these values in a harmonious, smooth and multi-faceted single malt.
As the name suggests, this whisky has matured in a combination of American oak sherry casks, European oak sherry casks and bourbon casks. This combination gives it its multi-layered flavour: sweet vanilla notes from American oak, spicy depth from European oak and an elegant fruitiness from the former bourbon maturation. At 45% vol., non-chill-filtered and in its natural colour, this single malt shows itself in its unadulterated form – an example of the precise cask art and balance that characterises The Glenturret.
