The Signatory Vintage ABERFELDY 11 Years Old Cask Strength 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry #4 is an exclusive Highland single malt Scotch whisky that combines the characteristic style of the Aberfeldy Distillery with the intense aromas of a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask. Distilled on 2 June 2014 and bottled by Signatory Vintage on 9 April 2026 after 11 years of maturation, this single cask whisky is presented at a robust 60% ABV in its natural cask strength. The 0.7-litre bottle, presented in a high-quality tin box, is limited to just 655 bottles worldwide, making it one of the most sought-after releases in the Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection.
Its full maturation in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt (Cask No. 4) lends this Aberfeldy exceptional depth and complexity. The intense sherry cask brings out rich aromas of dried fruit, dark chocolate, nuts and subtle oak spice, whilst retaining the distillery’s soft Highland character. As is typical of Signatory Vintage, this whisky is bottled without chill filtration (Un-Chillfiltered) and without the addition of colouring (Natural Colour). This ensures that both the natural colour and the full spectrum of the cask’s aromas are preserved in their purest form. The high cask strength ensures an intense tasting experience, which unfolds even further with just a few drops of water.
