Distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2024 after nine years of maturation, this Speyside single malt Scotch whisky embodies the traditional signature of the Benromach Distillery, combined with a pronounced peat character.
Made from heavily peated barley with a phenol content of 57 PPM, this heavily peated Speyside whisky is one of the more powerful representatives of its region. It is matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, resulting in a clear structure with a fresh vanilla flavour. Stored for nine years in carefully selected oak casks, the Benromach Peat Smoke 2014 develops a harmonious combination of sweetness, fruit and smoke. Bottled at 46% without excessive intervention in the natural structure, this peated single malt from Speyside offers an authentic, expressive profile. It is supplied in a gift box, which also makes this vintage bottling visually appealing.
