Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, siblings and founders of NORK, have been pursuing the mission of making schnapps socially acceptable again since 2016. With their close bond and long-standing friendship, they are working to reinterpret the traditional spirit and bring a breath of fresh air to the spirits landscape. The focus is on developing innovative liqueurs that present Korn in a modern context and break up the outdated perception of this category.
The third cask in the NORK Single Cask range, NORK Derbe x Cherry Brandy Cask, sets new standards in flavour. After the innovative versions with maple syrup and hot chilli, this cherry brandy cask opens an exciting new chapter.
The NORK Derbe is matured over a period of 2 years in a carefully selected cherry brandy cask made from French oak. This maturation not only gives the whisky exceptional depth, but also a tantalising sweetness that delights the taste buds.
With a limited edition of only 555 bottles and a powerful drinking strength of 50.5%, this whisky offers an intense flavour experience that will captivate both experienced whisky lovers and the curious alike.
