Thanks to its unique ageing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this single malt whisky has developed a particularly rich, sweet and fruity character that harmonises perfectly with the classic Irish malt notes.
The maturation in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks gives Dunville’s 10 Years Old a particularly sweet, sherry-forward note, which manifests itself in a full-bodied and rich flavour. The whisky is characterised by fruity aromas, a subtle spiciness and a smoother texture. With an alcohol content of 46% vol., it offers both strength and elegance, making it a superb whisky for connoisseurs who appreciate complex and well-balanced flavours.

Nose: Sweet aromas of dried fruit, dark caramel, raisins and a hint of vanilla. A delicate sherry sweetness complements nutty and woody notes.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied with notes of dried figs, caramel, chocolate and a hint of spice. The Pedro Ximénez sherry casks lend it a wonderfully sweet, almost syrupy depth that harmonises perfectly with the slightly spicy oak.
Finish: Long and warm, with a combination of sherry, oak and a lingering sweet fruitiness.
Dunville’s 10 Years Old PX Cask is ideal for enjoying neat, to fully savour its complex flavours. It pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate, mature cheese or roasted nuts. It is also an excellent choice as a digestif after a good dinner. Its rich and sweet notes pair particularly well with fruity desserts, such as tiramisu, panna cotta or a dark fruit cake.
