Description
Since its foundation in 1793, the picturesque location and proximity to the harbour in the west of the Scottish Highlands have made the Oban Distillery a magnet for new settlers. Oban, which means “little bay” in Gaelic, has developed into one of the most respected and efficient distilleries despite initial challenges. With just two stills, Oban produces up to 700,000 litres of alcohol annually, making it one of the smallest distilleries in the world, a testament to its excellence and tradition in whisky production.
Oban 21 Years Old, distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2018, matures in carefully selected, refilled European oak casks and is bottled at cask strength to preserve its full flavour spectrum.

Nose: Fresh, savoury, floral, aromatic, rocket, asparagus, orange juice, tea biscuits.
Flavour: Blood oranges, raspberries, cinnamon, pepper, nuts.
