Polz Sekt GM is made exclusively from Gelber Muskateller grapes, which express the South Styrian terroir in its purest form. Vinification takes place in steel tanks in order to preserve the characteristic flavours and freshness of the Muscat. After careful ageing, this fine sparkling wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
Tasting NoteLight green-yellow in the glass. A very promising nose of ripe grapes, fine herbs and white flowers. Very elegant and fruity on the palate with a fine, pleasant acidity. Long and persistent on the finish.
