Hannes Reeh Lieblich Red 2022 11% Vol. 0,75l

£10.31

The Hannes Reeh winery is located in the renowned wine-growing region of Andau, which is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Neusiedl. With 2400 hours of sunshine, Andau is one of the sunniest regions in Austria and offers ideal conditions for winegrowing. Hannes Reeh has been responsible for the vinification of his wines himself since 2007. His tireless determination is evident in every single one of his wines, which reflect the unique character of the region.

Hannes Reeh Lieblich Rot is a harmonious cuvée made from equal parts Zweigelt and Merlot grapes. The grapes thrive on gravel soil, which provides the vines with sufficient nutrients. In order to preserve the typical flavours of the two grape varieties, the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks. After ageing, the wine is carefully bottled and sealed with a screw cap.

With a storage potential until 2030, this wine develops its flavours perfectly and remains a pleasure until then.

Tasting NoteBright cherry red in the glass. Wonderfully soft and mild on the nose. A light spiciness unfolds on the palate, which is harmoniously combined with the fruity flavours of ripe berries and cherries. Long-lasting and sweet on the finish.

Acidity: 2.5 g/l

Residual sugar: 24 g/l

Drinking temperature: 14 °C
