Brown Brothers, one of Australia’s most prestigious family wine businesses, was founded in Victoria in 1889. Over four generations, the company has been characterised by its deep commitment to family and the heritage of the local Milawa region. Despite its strong roots in tradition, Brown Brothers is characterised by a continual willingness to innovate. This openness to new ideas and willingness to experiment has made Brown Brothers a pioneer in the wine industry that clearly stands out from traditional wine producers.

Brown Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon Victoria Vintage is an exquisite red wine made from 100% carefully selected, fully ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Fermentation takes place in modern stainless steel tanks, which allows optimum control of the fermentation process. After fermentation, the wine matures in American oak barrels and is then bottled and sealed with a screw cap.

Tasting NotePurple red in the glass. Blackcurrant and mocha on the nose. Juicy, supple, fruity blackcurrant flavour on the palate. The flavour is rounded off with fine tannins. Long lasting on the finish.

Drinking temperature: 17-19 °C

An ideal accompaniment to dark meat such as beef, game and lamb.
