TheAEH Rainwater Medium Dry, one of their most outstanding creations, is made from the Tinta Negra Mole and Verdelho grape varieties. After vinification, this Madeira wine matures for at least three years, allowing it to develop its balanced, medium-dry character with a subtle fruitiness and pleasant spiciness.
Tasting NoteGolden yellow in the glass. The nose reveals notes of black cherries, plums, damsons and morello cherries. These notes are echoed on the palate with beech smoke, dark chocolate and brown bread. Long and persistent on the finish.
Acidity: 4.2 g/litre.
Residual sugar 72.9 g/litre.
