This rosé is made from a cuvée of classic grape varieties such as Shiraz and Grenache, which develop their full fruit and flavour in Australia’s warm climate. The grapes are harvested early and matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve their freshness, delicate fruit flavours and lively acidity. With an alcohol content of 10.5% by volume, Revolutionary Rosé is lighter than many other rosé wines, making it particularly accessible, fresh and easy to enjoy.
