£10.31

The Hannes Reeh winery is located in the renowned wine-growing region of Andau, which is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Neusiedl. With 2400 hours of sunshine, Andau is one of the sunniest regions in Austria and offers ideal conditions for winegrowing. Hannes Reeh has been responsible for the vinification of his wines himself since 2007. His tireless determination is evident in every single one of his wines, which reflect the unique character of the region.

Hannes Reeh Heideboden Cuvée Weiss combines 60% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Pinot Blanc to create a harmonious composition. The grapes, which thrive on red gravel soil, are carefully harvested by hand to ensure the best possible quality. After spontaneous fermentation, which gives the wine its natural depth and flavour, it matures and is then bottled with a screw cap.

With an impressive ageing potential until 2030, the wine develops even greater complexity and depth over the years, developing its flavours to perfection.

Tasting NotePale straw yellow in the glass. A particularly fruity bouquet unfolds on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate, with clear fruity nuances that blend harmoniously. Long-lasting and harmonious on the finish.

Acidity: 5.7 g/l

Residual sugar: 5.7 g/l

Drinking temperature: 8 °C

An excellent accompaniment to savoury fish dishes.
