The 2023 Chardonnay comes from vines aged between 15 and 20 years and was harvested at 21° KMW. Spontaneous fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, whilst subsequent ageing in barriques lends this Austrian white wine additional structure and depth. With an alcohol content of 14% vol., this Burgenland Chardonnay is powerful, yet precise and well-balanced.
