The region around Oplenac is historically regarded as the centre of Serbian wine tradition. The wine is matured with the clear aim of preserving elegance and balance without masking the fruit. With 13.5% alcohol by volume, the Djokovic Chardonnay is harmonious, structured and has international appeal.

Tasting NoteIn the glass, the Djokovic Chardonnay is a light golden yellow colour with brilliant clarity. The nose reveals ripe yellow fruit, floral nuances and subtle exotic hints. On the palate, the wine is balanced, fresh and elegant with a harmonious structure and fine minerality. The finish is clearly precise and pleasantly long-lasting.

Residual sugar: 1.84 g/l

Djokovic Chardonnay from Šumadija is a versatile accompaniment to fish, seafood, poultry and white meat. It harmonises particularly well with grilled sea bass, scallops, pasta with light sauces or Mediterranean starters. This Serbian quality white wine also unfolds its elegant structure with creamy risotto or mild soft cheese. Served at 8-10°C, it is ideal as a sophisticated aperitif or accompaniment to fine cuisine.
